Design and Planning

Many of our clients have great ideas, some pictures from magazines and maybe a rough

sketch... We can help you bring this to life!

Here is how it works:

  • Our in-house full-time designer will visit the site and get the measurements, photos and chat about the ideas the homeowner already has. Then, using Computer Aided Design - CAD, we will get your dream on paper.
  • After the basic concept is approved by the client, we will have a meeting with our most experienced field carpenters and take care of anystructural issues or challenges. Here is where the “design-build” concept shines! The team that is designing is constantly in interaction with the personnel that will also be building!
  • Finally, after a few more consultations with the home owner, the drawings are ready to be submitted for permit. If any clarifications are needed for permit approval, we will take care of that too.
