Our History

“In 1994 I had been working for a large bank managing much of their construction and remodeling projects. In addition, I had worked in Christian ministry as a church pastor since 1975. I had learned the construction trade, and experienced first-hand, the needs and lives of many people. Through a sequence of events, I decided to begin my own remodeling and renovation company. I believed that if I gave people a quality job every time, I would never lack for work. This has proven true and I still operate on this principle today.”

We have long record of very satisfied customers. RARCO will never start a job without a firm promise to complete quality work on time and for the cost agreed. We have an established system, where the customer is regularly involved, consulted, and briefed about the work being done. In addition, we work based on a detailed, signed contract, specific time commitments from RARCO, regular customer conferences, scheduled walk-through, no hidden costs or surprises,and a well-explained construction process.

RARCO Contracting, Inc. is determined to be a team of remodeling professionals who take great pride in their work and strive to do quality remodeling of homes in the Northern Virginia area.The "TEAM" concept is very important! We stress to each of our employees that it is their job to help one another do their best job possible. RARCO IS A TEAM! We hire only carpenters and apprentices who have a passion for quality and can communicate well withour customers. We refuse to operate at a level that will bring frustration and disappointment to any of our customers. We do not work from estimates but from a firm, qualified promise.
