Our Process

We understand how important it is to choose a contractor to remodel your home. That is why we aim to create a good relationship with our customers even before they choose RARCO as their remodeling contractor.

At first, we will meet with the potential client to discuss their needs and expectations in order to develop a design plan. If you already have the design, we can build it for you too! Then,having established the scope of work, we will provide estimate of costs and qualifications list identifying inclusions and exclusions. Once the estimate is approved by the customer, we will generate a contract that includes start and end dates, as well as a tentative draw schedule based on the phases of completion of the work.  

Throughout the duration of the project: 

• Periodic updates of work progress will be provided.
• Management will meet regularly with customer.
• Project supervisor must be always accessible by phone.
• We will complete a walk through punch list with customer.
• All changes in project will be estimated and submitted for customer approval.
• Open access and updates via phone and email during every working day.
